• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

• Multiple Bookings: In case of multiple bookings, multiple postings may appear in the Cardholder’s monthly statement.
     o All bookings made (single/multiple) confirmation will be sent via Cardholder’s
Registered email address.
     o Immediate email confirmation will be sent to the Cardholder upon booking.

• Cancellation/Termination/ Refunds: In the event of a cancelation of service, we will retain 50% of the remaining contract value and refund the balance.

• For On-the-Go Hours and Lifestyle Basic Package: No Commitment or contract period is required. In the event of cancellation of the service, we shall refund the full amount considering that hours have not been used for any task yet. However, if the hours have been partially used, refund will not be applied.
